· We confirm appointments 48 hours in advance. We require a 48-hour cancellation notice on all appointments, subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of your scheduled service. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% of the scheduled service can/will be required at the discretion of the stylist on services over $100.
· If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we must be notified prior to the time of your appointment. Your service may be altered due to lateness and will still be charged at full price for the originally scheduled service. (Example: Your haircut will not include a blowdry)
· We provide smocks so that your garments will be least likely to get damaged or stained. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by our trade or lost items. Please dress accordingly. Hair dye doesn’t come out of white jeans very easily.
· We will gladly adjust any salon service (at the stylist/management’s discretion), within one week’s time, following the appointment. Any other adjustments made following the one week time period will be charged at full salon price. If you seek outside services after our work, it will void this policy and we will charge full price on services. No cash refunds on services.
· Salons are not safe environments for children. Please try to arrange for childcare during your appointment with us, so you can relax and we can pamper you to the fullest.
· Gratuities are only accepted in cash or checks. We cannot add them to credit card transactions.
· Our services are A La Carte. Our haircuts are an amazing service and are the only service that includes a blowdry/style. The blowdry is a non-transferable service and no deductions will be taken off the service if you opt out of the blow dry that day.
· You may exchange your gift certificates for services or products of equal value.
· All retail products are non-refundable. Unless there is a manufacturer’s defect, we cannot refund.
· We do not accept checks from first time clients. There will also be a $50 charge for returned checks!
· In accordance with CDC guidelines, we require any client exhibiting symptoms of illness to immediately reschedule their appointment until symptoms reside.
